Russell Ferguson, Managing Director of RFM, was employed as an independent consultant by BearingPoint, Inc to participate in a USAID project, which is strengthening the domestic and international competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the Turkish Cypriot Community (TCC).

The scope of the remit included:

• International Exhibitions and Trade Fairs
  Undertaking training programmes on Effective Exhibition Participation. This included providing guidance to companies who are attending a trade show in Turkey, the Cyprus International Fair and the Private Label Middle East Trade Show in Dubai.
  
• Branding
  Conducting presentations on the concepts of effective exhibitions and product branding and packaging. Simultaneously translated with double PowerPoint’s, the audience included over 100 Turkish Cypriots of the business community.
  
• One-to-one Mentoring
  Mentoring client companies on a one-to-one basis to assist in the development of branding and packaging strategies.

Russell has provided valuable assistance to the business community in the TCC.
