Customer Contact Association

CCA (Customer Contact Association) is the global professional body for customer contact. This not-for-profit organisation provides a unique blend of professional services encouraging the continuous professional development of contact centres and the people employed within them. 

RFM’s partnership with the CCA commenced with the provision of a plan to increase global awareness of the CCA Standard© and the benefits of implementing this model for continual improvement.

As the leading organisation in the contact centre industry, part of our current task is to position the CCA and its products and services, as a ‘must have’ in UK and International markets.

The implementation stage of this project looks at key messages, opportunities for awareness and calls to action for the 3 key areas of their business, Global Membership, an Educational Event Programme and the Global Standards Portfolio.
