
Many companies in the small and medium sized business sectors have a small management team and often no dedicated sales force.
It is probably true that many people perceive the sales in a company as ‘not part of their job’.
At RFM we would have a different view – We would suggest that it is part of everyone’s job.
Any small to medium sized company has to recognise the importance of sales and also to train their team in how to sell at every stage of the sales process. It does not need to be aggressive; it does not need to be a hard sell. The consultative sales process is more like customer service and understanding customers needs, presenting the mouth watering benefits of products and services to customers so they say yes, yes, yes.
