
There was a very interesting article in Marketer magazine this month talking about the importance of good writing and good copy in marketing material. The article talked about telling stories, anecdotes, case studies etc as well as facts and figures to draw the customer into the message. Often the focus is on the marketing method to be used, e.g. online, facebook etc without really thinking through the all important messages.
