RFM Caption Competition

1. Employees of RFM, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating.

2. Entry into the competition is deemed to signify acceptance of terms and conditions.

3. If any circumstances out of RFM’s control mean that the prize advertised is not available, RFM will provide a prize of equivalent value.

4. The winner will be chosen by the RFM team. RFM’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entries must be received on line. Bulk entries or entries via third parties will not be accepted.

6. RFM can accept no responsibility for entries which are lost due to technical difficulties. RFM reserves the right to refuse entries which are incomplete, delayed, altered, illegible, offensive or do not meet the rules.

7. RFM reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Copyright in all entries will be owned by RFM. Entries cannot be returned.

9. By entering the promotion, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. RFM may, at its sole discretion, change the dates of entry and prize.
